Informational Meeting for Youth & Parents
about the Summer 2025 Youth Trips—February 9 after Worship
Join us on a Zoom only meeting after the 2nd service (around 11:45 am) for an informational meeting with youth and parents who are interested in this summer’s youth trips to Massanetta Springs or Triennium. (Zoom link was sent to youth and parents by email) We have lots of exciting info to share, including lower costs than we originally anticipated! Please let us know if you can attend in person or if you need a Zoom link to add you in virtually, thanks! See below for more information about each event, and we’ll share more details on February 9. All costs will be shared between families and the church, so please do not let money be a deterrent to participation.
Youth Trips—Summer 2025
Massanetta Springs 2025 Middle School Conference
This youth conference is a transformational program welcoming hundreds of middlers and their leaders from all over the country to Virginia each summer. Participants attend keynotes, workshops, recreation, and worship designed by the Advocates (high school leaders) with them in mind.
Dates: July 10-13
Estimate Cost: $400 per participant (Includes Lodging & Meals)
For students who will be rising 6th, 7th, and 8th graders.
Presbyterian Youth Triennium
In July 2025, the Presbyterian Church (USA) will welcome thousands of its high school age youth and their adult youth workers to Louisville, Kentucky for four days of worship, recreation, bible study, outreach, and faith formation all around the theme of “As If We Were Dreaming”.
Dates: July 28 – 31
Estimated Cost: $300 per participant
For students who are entering freshmen year through graduated seniors.

Saturday April 26th — Prepare and Serve Jan Peek Meal
Everyone had so much fun doing it last year and it was requested by many to do it again, so we are all signed up.
As we get closer to the date we will send out emails about what time and what foods we will prepare.
