Seeking Volunteers and Donations for the FPCY Arts and Crafts Fair on May 2nd. The Proceeds from the craft fair will go to support the youth trip to Montreat this summer.
Volunteers are needed to help set up the evening before on May 1st and volunteers needed on May 2nd to help direct parking, unload and load vendor cars, man the youth table alongside the youth, and restore fellowship hall after the fair. The event will need a good amount of volunteers to make it run smoothly.
Craft donations needed that the youth can sell at their table. So if you’re a crafter and have items you’ve made ( knitted, painted, sewn, built, etc…) that need a home please consider donating to the youth.
