There’s Still Time to Help the Food Pantry by Buying a Stop and Shop Reusable Bag

You can never have too many reusable shopping bags right? Well, perhaps that’s not strictly true, but they are handy to have. Not only for the grocery shopping; they are great for hauling supplies to a vacation rental, holding that stack of library books, carrying a load of heavy pet food cans, or bringing in your item-of-the-month donation to the Food Pantry.

Speaking of the Food Pantry….

For the month of April 2021, First Presbyterian Church of Yorktown Food Pantry will receive a $1 donation from each purchase of the $2.50 reusable Community Bag at the Stop & Shop store located at 1831 East Main Street, Peekskill NY (in the Beach Shopping Center).

Halfway through the month, we’ve already earned $35!

Consider adding to your collection, or starting a collection with a few bags.
