We are sticking with the evening tent set up. It has gone well in the last few years. We will be meeting around 5pm to raise the tent in the north yard. If you can only join us later due to personal schedules please come when you can as the later steps in the process are the “many hands” parts (pulling the vinyl across the frame, lifting sections up etc.)
