Chase Falcon, pastor of a mega-church, has had a crisis of faith. His elders have insisted he take some time off, so he travels to Italy to retrace the footsteps of St. Francis of Assisi. “Chasing Francis, a Pilgrim’s Tale” (248 C), is “written in a genre called wisdom literature, which is a delicate balance of fiction and non-fiction, pilgrimage and teaching.” Author Ian Cron writes not only a fascinating and imaginative story, but also includes a guide for individual or group reflection. As one reviewer wrote: “Caution! Reading this book may cause spontaneous kindness, charity toward others, and a total overhaul of the way you think about what it means to be a follower of Christ.”

Note: I plan an inventory of the church library shortly. If you have library materials that you have finished with, please return them so I won’t think they are lost. Thank you!
