Sign up to Donate Blood (or Drop In) August 26

On Saturday August 26 from 10am to 3pm, the First Presbyterian Church of Yorktown is hosting a blood drive. 

Did you know that just one car accident victim can use as many as 100 units of blood? Summertime is a more difficult time for blood banks to get donors, so after last year’s successful blood drive, we are going to partner with the Red Cross once again on August 26 from 10am-3pm.

Donors can make appointments by going to www.RedCrossBlood.org and entering sponsor keyword: FPCY. Drop-ins are also welcome! For more information you can also call 1-800-RED CROSS.
