Christianity and Epidemics: A Long History – Talks by Tim Lupfer

Tim Lupfer, who studied history at Oxford University and taught history at West Point, will give an online talk with illustrations on how the church has faced the adversity of epidemics from ancient Rome to the Influenza Epidemic of 1918.  He’ll present what humanity has faced over the past two thousand years, and how faith and science have been mobilized during the crises, with time for questions at the end.

Join us at 11:15am on Sunday, July 19, following the worship service or at 7pm that evening.
