Kevin Barnes has been our Caretaker since June 2022. Mr. Barnes has worked in maintenance at a variety of companies since 2006, most recently being the lead maintenance person for Best Western in Poughkeepsie. Additionally, Mr. Barnes is experienced with minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other repairs.
