Practice making space, with every breath, in which to be aware of God’s presence in and around us. Join us for half an hour at 7 PM on Wednesday evenings as we learn an ancient form of prayer. You will choose a ‘sacred word’ that, like a meditation bell, will help ground you in your practice.
