Church members should have received a CAT Survey in your email today (September 20). Please use the link within to fill out the survey.
Nearly six years have passed since we last took the FPCY’s Congregational Assessment Tool (CAT) survey and much has changed in our church and in our community since then.
Your voice is an important part of helping us understand where we are today as we prayerfully discern the future of FPCY. The insights gathered through this assessment will provide valuable guidance as we make decisions about the future of our church together.
Beginning Sunday, September 20, please use the unique link you received to complete the survey and share your experiences in and priorities for our church. The survey takes 20-30 minutes and must be completed in ONE sitting (meaning you cannot start it, leave, and then return later to finish).
Please complete the survey by October 11.
The survey is anonymous. We have no way of matching an assessment to a particular person, so please feel free to candidly share your perceptions, opinions, and experiences.
We also ask that EACH person in your household who is connected to FPCY complete their own survey, using the same link above. Please do not discuss the survey or your answers with others before they take the survey, as this may influence their responses.
If you need assistance or would like a paper copy, please let us know. We will be happy to provide one and arrange for it to be picked up when completed.
Thank you for taking the time to share your voice. Your participation and honest feedback are an important part of helping us understand where we are today and prayerfully consider the future of FPCY together.
If you have questions, please contact Chip, Tami, or any member of the CAT Team.
With gratitude,
The FPCY CAT Team
(Alice Chin, Lynn Edling, Tami Seidel)
