Please join us by zoom on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 6:30 to 8pm for our second edition of mental health 101 training. This program is designed to offer low-intensity, but highly impactful insight into the foundations of various mental health issues prevalent in our congregation and community. Members of our Mental Health team will present a series of slides describing aspects of these various challenges. Guided by Scripture and prayer we will, together, give voice to these concerns with the sole purpose of increasing our understanding.
Jesus calls us to be present for each other during good times and times when there is pain and suffering. By increasing our understanding of these struggles we can grow our capacity to support recovery and wellness. Experiencing grace and renewal of life is possible through our efforts to walk side by side with all in distress and struggling.
