Miles For Mission at 65% of Goal

Stephanie Hare writes that as of today, we are about 65% of the way to our fundraising goal which means we have have a little less than 500 “miles” to go. In dollars, that translates to about $2,850 left to raise. 

 

Our Chicago Mission Team & our Montreat Youth Conference Crew will be selling Miles for Mission in the Gathering Space on Sundays. Stop by to learn more about what your “miles” will do. Help us fill in the miles to Chicago and to Montreat.

Contributions can also be made online through MyFPCY: select the “Mission Trip Support” Fund.

AIRPORT DRIVERS NEEDED: the FPCY Mission team that is heading to Chicago needs a little help getting to LaGuardia airport and back again. We are departing from FPCY on Sunday morning, July 15 at about 10 am. We will be returning to LaGuardia at 6:40 pm on Friday, July 20. If you can help chauffeur in either direction, we would be ever so grateful! We’ll need 2-3 drivers and vehicles for each direction, depending on the size of the vehicles.
