Taking Care of You: Ideas to incorporate into your life. Start by incorporating 2 or 3 into your daily life.

  • Movement: walk, stretching, yoga, dancing, etc.
  • Practice kindness to others and self

  • Find a couple of positive sayings/mantras that resonate with you
  • Connect with others/join a club/volunteer •
