“Come to the Waters” Women’s Bible Study

Join Reverend Tami Seidel on the first Wednesday of each month at 10:30 a.m. for a women’s Bible study and fellowship time.  This year’s topic is “Come to the Waters” by Judy Record Fletcher. From the description: “Water plays a central role in the stories of scripture, from the chaotic waters of creation to the River of Life in Revelation, where chaos is no more. Sometimes there is too much water (think Noah); sometimes there is too little water (think drought in the desert). In this study, we will explore some of the Bible’s more than 800 references to water. The rich imager of water throughout the Bible helps us understand and articulate our faith.”

For our regular attendees I hope you are raring to go. For those who have never been, we hope you will give us a try. We are a friendly and welcoming bunch and we would love to have you join us. Bible Study is a great part of your commitment and spiritual growth.

Books are available for $8 each. For information, call Marianna Sherman (737-8294). All meetings are at 10:30 a.m. in the library/lounge (Room 15). All women are invited.
