The Personnel Committee acts as the human resources department by dealing with the management of our employees, supporting their goals — professional, spiritual, and personal — as well as addressing their needs. We take the lead in the hiring process, as needed, and evaluate job descriptions annually for each position and update them accordingly. We are blessed to work with and support an extraordinary staff.
