A Taste of NOOMA*
Controversial Pastor Rob Bell has created a series of short films that explore our world from the perspective of Jesus, and invite us to search and question. You are invited to pick up a cup of coffee in Fellowship Hall and join us in the lounge to view one of Bell’s films and participate in a stimulating discussion. All are welcome!
Sundays, February 5, 12, & 19, 9:30 am in the Lounge.
*The title of the videos, “NOOMA”, is an English variation of the Greek word pneuma which means wind or spirit.
24 Hours that Changed the World

By viewing a beautifully filmed DVD, we will travel to the Holy Land to visit the sites where the events of Jesus’ last 24 hours took place. We will walk where Jesus walked and see what he may have seen, from the Last Supper, to Calvary, to the Resurrection.
Three options (all meet in the Library-Lounge):
- Sunday mornings, 9:30 am: Feb. 26, Mar. 4, 11, 18, 25, Apr. 1.
- Wednesday evenings, 8:00 pm*: Feb. 22, 29, Mar.7, 14, 21, 28, Apr. 4
- Thursday mornings, 10:00 am: Feb. 23, Mar. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, Apr. 5
*On Wednesday evenings, a Time of Prayer at 7:30 pm will precede the “24 Hours” study.
